Overeating a delicious meal isn’t completely uncommon for many of us. It happens from time to time. But when it becomes more frequent or turns into binges, it’s time to take notice and make positive changes that can help manage how we're eating and how much. That’s where mindfulness comes in. In today’s episode we cover the power of mindfulness practice as an effective method in raising awareness and attention around occasional overeating or binging of food and eating.
Note: If binging or overeating is increasing or becoming frequent, you should seek immediate advice and evaluation from a qualified eating disorder specialist and get help.

Problem is, there’s limited health & wellness information specific to a teen’s body and a teen’s unique phase in life. Sure, there’s plenty of health and wellness information for adults but that doesn’t always cut it. A teen's life is different, their body is different.
This podcast is meant to provide teens, young adults, and parents with the information and inspiration needed to take on the biggest challenges as a young person and live a happy and fulfilling life.
