Eating is influenced by so many internal and external factors in our lives that it can be hard enough for anyone to eat well and feel good about it. Add ADHD into the mix and for some people, it can seem impossible. But, here's the good news: it is possible, for anyone!
In today's episode Leslie is joined by Nicole Malcher the founder of Eating with ADHD. She's a registered dietician, nutritionist, and certified diabetes educator with a master's degree in nutrition and food science. She shares her story, why intuitive eating is not a diet and how to eat freely without food rules, cravings or guilt.
For women interested in Nicole's Intuitive Eating resources, 12-week online course, or 1:1 coaching, you can learn more on her website: eatingwithadhd.com. She's also on Instagram @EatingwithADHD.
